Margao, April 11 -- Three rent-a-bikes were caught at Margao railway station while allegedly being delivered to customers, raising concerns over unauthorized rental operations in the area.

Local operator Rishabh Karapurkar said that illegal touting of bike rental services is severely impacting the livelihood of legitimate businesses. He alleged that several bikes registered in North Goa are being operated unlawfully in South Goa.

Karapurkar called for strict action against such operators, urging authorities to curb unauthorized rental activities and ensure fair business practices for local stakeholders.
