Goa, Aug. 3 -- Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has strengthened his real estate portfolio by leasing out a premium commercial office space in Mumbai's Andheri West. Under a long-term agreement, the actor is set to earn an initial monthly rent of Rs.17 lakh, with the amount scheduled to increase during the five-year lease.

According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the leased property is located at Lotus Nilkamal Business Park on New Link Road in Andheri West. The commercial space comprises seven office units spread across nearly 6,000 square feet and includes seven reserved parking spaces.
