Goa, April 15 -- The arrest of Nida Khan has brought fresh scrutiny to workplace practices at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Khan, an HR manager at the company's Nashik BPO unit, was taken into custody on April 10 after initially being reported absconding. She is now being questioned by a Special Investigation Team formed by the Nashik City Police.

According to investigators, several women employees alleged that repeated complaints of sexual harassment and misconduct were ignored. FIRs were registered at Mumbai Naka and Deolali Camp police stations, with complainants claiming their concerns were suppressed instead of escalated.
