During a rapid-fire session on AB Talks, the musician named the traditional winter delicacy as his favourite sweet, bringing renewed attention to one of India's most cherished desserts.
Made primarily with fresh carrots, milk, ghee and sugar, gajar ka halwa has been a household favourite for generations.
