Goa, May 3 -- The feast of the Holy Cross was celebrated with devotion and fervour at Panarim, as the Parish Priest of St Thomas Church led the solemn procession carrying the relic of the Holy Cross. Devotees participated prayerfully, singing hymns and walking in reverence, accompanied by a traditional Goan band.Following the festive Mass, the parish priest imparted the Eucharistic blessing, after which the faithful came forward to venerate the relics of the Holy Cross. Parishioners then exchanged greetings, wishing one another a joyful feast.Several priests concelebrated the Mass, adding to the solemnity of the occasion.
