Goa, June 19 -- A tense exchange took place between Cortalim MLA Anton Vas and the Health Officer during a discussion on the longstanding sewage discharge problem affecting parts of the constituency.

Expressing dissatisfaction over the continued inaction despite repeated complaints from local residents, Vas questioned the authorities on the delay in addressing the issue and sought an explanation for the lack of effective intervention.
