Goa, Nov. 2 -- The High Court directed the Luthra brothers and their LLP company to pay Rs.20 lakh interim compensation per family across 25 victim families (20 employees and 5 tourists). Payments are structured in three installments: Rs.5 lakh by November 16, Rs.5 lakh by December 7, and Rs.10 lakh by February 7. All amounts must be deposited with the High Court for distribution. Compliance will be reviewed on December 2, according to Advocate Prachi Sawant.
