GPYC Launches 'Spot the Pothole 2.0', Invites Digambar Kamat to Judge Competition
Panaji, Aug. 29 -- The Goa Pradesh Youth Congress Committee (GPYC) on Saturday launched the second edition of its 'Spot the Pothole' competition, inviting citizens to identify and highlight potholes across Goa.
GPYC President Archit Naik announced cash prizes of Rs.20,000 for the winner, Rs.15,000 for the second prize, Rs.10,000 for the third and Rs.5,000 for the fourth.
Naik said PWD Minister Digambar Kamat has been invited to judge the competition. He stressed that the Youth Congress was serious about the initiative and said, "We are not joking."
The competition is aimed at drawing attention to the condition of roads across Goa and encouraging citizens to document potholes and highlight locations requiring urgent repairs.
