Goa, Aug. 28 -- Goan NRI Daya Ganesh Bale, who is based in the United States, has reportedly gone missing in Nepal following a flash flood in the region.

Bale had travelled to Nepal with the Himalayan Glacier Adventure and Travel Company. She is reportedly among several people who went missing after the flash flood struck the area.

Her whereabouts remain unknown, and details regarding her current status are awaited. Search and rescue efforts are expected to focus on locating those who remain unaccounted for following the incident; further details awaited.
