Goa, July 2 -- Leaders of the Goa Pradesh Youth Congress (GPYC) have submitted a memorandum to the Public Works Department (PWD) and other concerned authorities, urging immediate action to address safety concerns on the NH-66 Manohar Bypass.

The delegation, led by Goa Pradesh Youth Congress State Vice President and South Goa In-charge Vaishnav Pednekar, along with State General Secretary Navdeep Faldesai and NSUI Canacona Block President Harsh Desai, highlighted the issues of non-functional streetlights and the absence of protective fencing along sections of the bypass.
