Goa, July 15 -- Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Tuesday said Goa's Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) rank among the best in the country, highlighting that Goa is the only state where all ITIs are ISO certified. He announced that the government is investing Rs.180 crore to further strengthen vocational education infrastructure across the state.

Addressing a function, the Chief Minister said ITI students have the potential to become successful entrepreneurs and industrialists, stressing that vocational education should be viewed as a pathway to skill and excellence rather than as a second-choice career option.
