Goa, Oct. 10 -- The Goa government has set up an eight-member committee to formulate the State Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy, focusing on promoting innovation, research, and IP protection. The committee will thoroughly review existing national IPR policies, engage with stakeholders, and prepare a comprehensive draft for the state-level IPR framework. This move aims to empower startups, entrepreneurs, and researchers in Goa, ensuring their innovations and creative work are adequately protected under intellectual property laws.
