The committee will thoroughly review existing national IPR policies, engage with stakeholders, and prepare a comprehensive draft for the state-level IPR framework. This move aims to empower startups, entrepreneurs, and researchers in Goa, ensuring their innovations and creative work are adequately protected under intellectual property laws.
