Goa, Oct. 27 -- Goa Tourism kicked off the 2025-26 season with the arrival of the first international charter flight from Almaty, Kazakhstan, on October 25. Operated by SCAT Airlines (Flight VSV5212), the aircraft landed at Dabolim Airport at 5:30 a.m., bringing in enthusiastic visitors eager to experience Goa's vibrant culture, cuisine, and natural charm.

Tourism Minister Rohan A. Khaunte said the flight reflects Goa's growing global appeal and its efforts to build sustainable international connections. Tourism Director Kedar Naik highlighted that each charter reinforces Goa's position as a top leisure destination.
