Goa, June 18 -- Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant handed over 97 new two-wheelers to the Goa Police as part of the state's ongoing police modernisation programme. The move is aimed at improving mobility, strengthening patrolling and ensuring quicker response to emergencies across Goa.

The newly inducted fleet consists of 32 Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycles, 20 Hero Splendor motorcycles and 45 scooters. These vehicles will be distributed among police stations and units across the state to enhance operational efficiency.
