Goa, July 14 -- The Goa High Court has quashed and set aside the bail granted by the North Goa NDPS Court to Yaniv Benahin Benaim, alias Atala, in a narcotics case registered by the Anti-Narcotics Cell following his arrest in April 2025 for the alleged possession of cocaine and charas.

In its order, the High Court directed the North Goa NDPS Court to reconsider Atala's bail application afresh in accordance with the law.

The High Court further clarified that Atala will not be taken into custody until the lower court decides the bail plea again.

The case was registered by the Anti-Narcotics Cell after Atala's arrest in April 2025 on allegations of possessing cocaine and charas. The matter will now return to the NDPS Court for a fresh hea...
