Goa, Sept. 22 -- The Goa government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) to redevelop seven key projects, including Junta House, Circuit House, Vasco Bus Stand, and government quarters at St. Inez. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced that the Prashasan Stambh will be constructed free of cost, while other projects will follow a 70:30 Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
Following a Cabinet meeting, CM Sawant confirmed that expenditure has been approved for roofing works across all government buildings.
