Goa, Oct. 31 -- The Goa Government has notified revised minimum land rates for the financial year 2026-27 across five talukas, with rates varying according to the location of the property.

Under the revised rates, Panaji, Anjuna, Candolim, Calangute, Assagao and Bambolim have been placed in the Rs.25,000 per square metre category.

Margao, Reis Magos, Durgawado and Bainguinim have been assigned a minimum rate of Rs.20,000 per square metre, while Mapusa and Siolim will have rates of Rs.18,000 per square metre.

The revised rates for other locations are as follows:

The revised minimum land rates will apply for the 2026-27 financial year and will serve as the notified benchmark for the respective locations.
