Goa, Nov. 13 -- Acting on a Supreme Court order dated November 7, 2025, the Directorate of Education, Government of Goa, has issued strict instructions to all educational institutions, including schools, colleges, universities, and coaching centres - to implement measures ensuring safety from stray dogs on campuses.
Institutions have been directed to secure their premises with proper fencing, appoint a Nodal Officer responsible for campus cleanliness and safety, and submit compliance reports by November 17, 2025.
