Goa, Nov. 10 -- Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant inaugurated the new premises of the Public Grievances Office in Panaji, where he also launched the department's official website and mobile app. The new digital platforms have been designed to make grievance redressal and access to government services simpler for citizens. CM Sawant said the initiative aims to build an efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric administration. The office, spread across 300 square metres, will complement the existing CM Helpline 1905, which allows citizens to register complaints in Konkani, English, and Marathi. To ensure faster response times, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has been integrated into 40 of its systems.
