Goa, April 15 -- The Goa Catering Association has appealed to Chief Minister Pramod Sawant to extend support to the sector by ensuring at least 50% cooking gas supply or subsidy, warning of severe operational challenges in the coming days.

In its representation, the association highlighted that rising costs and supply constraints are putting immense pressure on catering businesses across the state. It cautioned that without immediate intervention, many operators may struggle to sustain their services.
