India, March 6 -- Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has said that he is tentatively scheduled to present the State Budget at around 3:30 pm, depending on the progress of business in the Assembly.
Speaking to the media, Sawant stated that while the exact timing will depend on the proceedings of the House, he will make an effort to present the budget at the planned time.
The Chief Minister also emphasised that the upcoming budget will be people-oriented and aimed at addressing the needs and aspirations of the citizens of Goa.
"There is a lot for the people of Goa in this budget," Sawant said, hinting at several initiatives and provisions intended to benefit the public.
