Goa, Aug. 18 -- A woman staff member of the Goa Human Resource Development Corporation (GHRDC) was allegedly caught carrying suspected ganja inside a thermos while reporting for duty at Colvale Central Jail on Tuesday morning.

According to preliminary information, IRB personnel deployed at the jail entrance intercepted the staffer during security checking and allegedly found the suspected contraband in her possession.

While police were making inquiries into the incident, the woman allegedly fled from the spot.

Authorities have initiated further investigation and efforts are underway to trace the woman.
