Goa, Oct. 20 -- The Goa Forward Party (GFP) has questioned Curtorim MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco over his defence of the BJP in the alleged vote chori controversy.

The party challenged Lourenco's claim that the matter had been investigated and closed, demanding greater transparency and clear answers regarding the disputed votes.

GFP maintained that electoral integrity must be upheld and called for every disputed vote to be accounted for, stressing the need for transparency in the electoral process.
