Goa, Sept. 19 -- Today we are highlighting another serious issue - Goa's garbage menace. We have awareness programmes and door-to-door garbage collection, yet our roadsides continue to turn into dumping grounds. This is at Seraulim, along the road leading to the iconic Colva Beach, where garbage is being openly dumped along the roadside. The lack of proper streetlights makes it even easier to dump waste under the cover of darkness.
