Goa, Aug. 18 -- Hundreds of visitors and staff are subjected to a pervasive foul stench at the main entrance of the Mapusa RTO due to the severe lack of cleanliness in the public toilet facility.
Next to this toilet operates a small shop selling RTO-related forms and offering photocopy services, where the shopkeeper is compelled to work while breathing in the unbearable smell. The person collecting fees for urinal and toilet use appears indifferent to maintaining hygiene, allowing the situation to persist unchecked.
Visitors to the Mapusa RTO are greeted not by service, but by an overpowering stench from an unclean public toilet at its very entrance - a disgraceful state that poses both a public nuisance and a health hazard.
