Goa, Oct. 12 -- Former Sarpanch Roshan Redkar recently visited the local party office with the intention of handing over his official resignation letter in person. However, upon his arrival, party representatives refused to accept the paper document directly. Instead, they instructed him to submit his resignation digitally by sending the letter through email. Consequently, Redkar was unable to complete the physical submission process at the office and was directed to rely on electronic communication to formally process his departure from the party.
