Goa, Sept. 23 -- Former Ranji Trophy cricketer Rachit Bhatia has claimed that he fixed five matches during the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) by allegedly passing confidential Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team information to London-based bookmakers.

The claims emerged from an undercover investigation by Tehelka. According to the report, Bhatia told an undercover reporter that he shared CSK's playing XI information with bookmakers through Snapchat before the official announcement of the teams.

"I fixed five matches during the 2025 Indian Premier League [IPL] season by passing inside information about the Chennai Super Kings [CSK] to bookies in London via Snapchat. I earned Rs 60 lakh per match, totaling Rs 3 crore for those five matches,"...
