Goa, Oct. 7 -- Forensic experts, along with Mapusa police personnel and the dog squad, visited a doctor's residence in Ganesh Puri to conduct investigations and record panchnama following a reported dacoity late last night.
According to police, five unidentified miscreants allegedly broke into the house, tied up family members, and fled with cash and jewellery valued at approximately Rs 50 lakh. The perpetrators reportedly escaped in the victim's car.
Authorities are examining the crime scene and reviewing available evidence to identify and apprehend the suspects. The investigation is ongoing, and police have appealed to the public to provide any information that could help trace the culprits.
