Goa, Oct. 20 -- Fierce looking Narkasurs were crafted by various you in different parts in Pernem Taluka. Like other parts of Goa, Pernem too has a long tradition of making narkasurs. This years as in other places in Goa, the Narkasur celebrations were affected by rain.
