India, March 28 -- Fatorda Police have arrested Tiburcio Monteiro, a resident of Orgao, for allegedly sexually harassing children by exposing himself.
According to police, the incident took place on March 26 at a shop in Borda. Following the complaint, an FIR was registered against the accused under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, and the Goa Children's Act.
Police have taken the accused into custody, and further investigation into the case is underway.
