The banner, carrying birthday wishes for a local Congress leader dated July 13, remains in place more than a week later at a busy intersection. Positioned directly below the traffic lights, it may distract motorists and partially obstruct visibility. Residents and commuters have questioned why the outdated hoarding has not been removed, urging the Traffic Police, Transport Department and local authorities to take immediate action to ensure commuter safety and prevent potential accidents.
