Goa, Aug. 5 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a prosecution complaint before the Special PMLA Court in Mapusa against Rohan Harmalkar and others in connection with the Bardez land scam. The action comes in the wake of multiple FIRs filed against the accused for alleged cheating, forgery, and criminal conspiracy.

The ED's prosecution complaint, equivalent to a chargesheet under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), follows a detailed investigation into irregularities involving illegal land transfers and fraudulent documentation in the Bardez taluka.
