Goa, April 19 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will unveil 'Abhay', an AI-powered chatbot on Monday, empowering citizens to instantly verify the authenticity of agency notices amid surging digital arrest frauds. Chief Justice Surya Kant inaugurates it at the 22nd D P Kohli Memorial Lecture, honoring CBI founder D P Kohli (1907-1968) - delivering a talk on cyber crime challenges for police and judiciary while awarding 24 Meritorious Service Medals.
