Goa, July 22 -- The Delhi High Court on Wednesday heard two petitions seeking a Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe into the alleged use of excessive force by Delhi Police during the Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) July 20 protest march. The petitioners sought preservation of CCTV footage, production of deployment and operational records, disclosure of orders authorising the use of force, registration of FIRs against police personnel and disciplinary action against those allegedly involved.
