Goa, April 26 -- A shocking incident unfolded in Delhi's Dwarka area early Sunday when a police constable allegedly opened fire following a minor argument, leaving one man dead and another injured. The incident took place in Jafarpur Kalan around 2 am, shortly after a small birthday gathering had concluded.

According to police, Rupesh, a daily wage worker, had hosted a celebration for his son's second birthday, attended by about 20 people.
