Locals in Morjim were left shocked after a tipper truck was seen un loading debris around the sand dunes at Survey No. 119/3, a declared Olive Ri dley turtle nesting site at Tembwada, despite a stay on any work in the area granted by the Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court last year. The activity at the eco logically sensitive site has triggered outrage among residents, who allege that debris has been dumped around the sand dunes over the past few days.
