Goa, April 17 -- Goa Minister Mauvin Godinho on Friday inspected ongoing work on the flyover at Dabolim along with officials from the Public Works Department (PWD), highway authorities, and MVR Infra Projects.

Following the inspection, the minister stated that one side of the flyover is expected to be opened to traffic by the end of May, providing relief to commuters in the busy corridor.

Godinho also announced plans to utilise a large span beneath the flyover by developing it into a garden, with a portion reserved for celebrations of Dabolimcha Raja Ganesh. Additionally, he said that the Datta Mandir, which was shifted during the flyover construction, will be beautified.
