Goa, Oct. 3 -- A customer from Mulgaon, Bicholim, raised alarm after allegedly finding a cockroach in his chicken biryani at a family restaurant in Siolim. The incident has sparked concerns over hygiene standards at the eatery.

The customer claimed that upon inspecting the restaurant's kitchen, he observed unhygienic conditions. Following the discovery, a formal complaint has been lodged at Mapusa Police Station, and authorities are expected to investigate the matter.

Local residents have expressed the need for strict enforcement of hygiene regulations to ensure food safety and maintain public trust in local dining establishments.
