Goa, Oct. 25 -- Maina Curtorim police have arrested Yalaling Valmik Naik, a resident of Eklatti, Curtorim, originally from Karnataka, for allegedly assaulting a woman with a koita (sharp object) over a previous enmity.

The incident reportedly took place in Curtorim, prompting immediate police action. The accused has been taken into custody, and further investigation is underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the assault.
