Goa, Aug. 1 -- Residents of Morailem in Curchorem have expressed concern over the neglected condition of the BSNL tower premises, where dense vegetation has reportedly become a breeding ground for mosquitoes and a habitat for reptiles. Locals said the adjoining road is frequently used by schoolchildren and parents, making the situation a serious safety and public health concern. Alleging that the property has remained poorly maintained for years, they have appealed to the Curchorem Municipal Council and the BSNL Telephone Exchange to immediately clear the overgrown bushes and ensure regular maintenance of the premises to prevent accidents and health risks.
