Goa, May 18 -- Traffic movement along the Bambolim-Santa Cruz stretch of NH-66 was disrupted after a container truck overturned on the slope leading towards Panjim on Monday.

Following the incident, authorities initiated traffic diversions to ease congestion and ensure smooth vehicular movement in the area.

Vehicles travelling from Bambolim towards Panjim are currently being diverted through Santa Cruz near the NEXA showroom.

Meanwhile, heavy vehicles arriving from South Goa have been advised to avoid the affected stretch and instead use the Borim-Ponda route until normal traffic flow is restored.
