Goa, June 27 -- Congress Goa spokesperson Mahesh Mhambrey has warned of a protest outside the Chief Minister's official residence if police fail to arrest a casino owner accused of leaving more than 12 Goan vendors unpaid after allegedly shutting down his businesses.

Addressing the media, Mhambrey alleged that the casino operator closed multiple business establishments without clearing dues owed to local suppliers and vendors, causing significant financial hardship to those affected.
