India, March 5 -- Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has reaffirmed his commitment to continue the vision of late leader Ravi Naik for the development of Ponda. Speaking at a recent public event, Sawant said it is his responsibility to carry forward the initiatives and ideas envisioned by Naik for the growth of the region.

The Chief Minister highlighted that several development projects planned earlier will soon be inaugurated in Ponda. He also assured citizens that efforts will be made to transform the area into a cleaner and better planned town under the government's initiatives.
