Goa, Oct. 31 -- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant chaired a review meeting to assess the situation following the fire at Vasco's Sunday Market and discuss relief and rehabilitation measures for affected vendors.

During the meeting, officials informed that a total of 107 claims had been received from vendors who suffered losses in the fire. Of these, 51 vendors have submitted their details so far.

The scrutiny of claims will continue on Sunday at the Mormugao Municipal Council (MMC) office in Vasco to facilitate the verification process.
