CJP, Centre Hold Fresh Talks as Protest Over NEET Row Continues
Goa, July 24 -- The Centre and the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) held another round of discussions on Friday in an attempt to resolve the ongoing agitation over the alleged NEET paper leak, even as student protests continued across the country.
The meeting, held at the Constitution Club of India after the government accepted the CJP's demand for a neutral venue, was attended by Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda and Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office Jitendra Singh on behalf of the Centre. CJP was represented by national spokesperson Saurav Das and another party representative. It marked the third official round of talks between the two sides.
