Goa, July 15 -- The Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) has launched a dedicated helpline to assist homeless, destitute persons and individuals found begging within Panjim city limits.

Citizens can report such cases by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to 9403687460, enabling prompt intervention by civic authorities. In collaboration with El Shaddai Charitable Trust, CCP will rescue those in need and transport them to designated shelter homes, where they will receive care, support and rehabilitation services.
