Goa, Oct. 20 -- Canva users in India faced a technical glitch on Monday, leaving many unable to access the photo editing app. Several users reported that opening the app resulted in a "Server Error" notification, preventing them from using its tools or downloading images.

The outage affected multiple platforms, including iOS and web browsers. On the Comet browser, Canva loaded but did not allow image downloads, while the iOS app displayed a message saying: "Something isn't working on our end. You can try again in a few seconds, or check the status page for updates and help."
