Goa, Aug. 21 -- Canacona Police have booked three persons, including two building owners and a contractor, in connection with the death of a construction worker who allegedly fell from the third floor of an under-construction building at Agonda.

The deceased worker, reportedly from Uttar Pradesh, was found injured by the roadside at Desaiwada, Agonda, following the incident. He was taken to the Canacona Community Health Centre (CHC), where he later succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.

According to the police investigation, the worker had been employed at the construction site and allegedly fell accidentally from the third floor of the building.
