Goa, May 2 -- A British national was detained at Dabolim Airport after airport security detected an unauthorized GPS device during routine screening. The passenger, identified as Samir Ciaran, was traveling from Goa to Delhi when officials flagged the gadget. According to Goa Police, possession of such devices without permission is prohibited under the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933. A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
