Goa, July 26 -- A fishing boat carrying 11 crew members capsized off Sunset Point at Betalbatim on Sunday, triggering a swift rescue operation by police and lifeguards. All 11 fishermen were rescued safely and brought ashore. Police assisted in shifting the rescued crew to an ambulance for medical evaluation. One fisherman, who complained of breathing difficulties after the incident, was admitted to the District Hospital in Margao for treatment. Authorities said the remaining crew members are safe, while an investigation has been launched to determine the circumstances that led to the boat capsizing.
